We’re creating a new coffee shop at Deal Train Station and we want to employ enthusiastic Coffee Buff(er)s!
Your Role:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an enthusiastic coffee buff at Real Deal Roasters in Deal. You will be responsible for serving, showcasing and sharing our delicious coffees at our coffeeshop at Deal station and our stall at Deal Town Market. You’ll engage with customers to offer them a unique coffee experience.
Flexible shifts but will involve early morning starts (but then you finish early!)
As well as a full-time position we also have part-time jobs available.
You’ll Need:
- Interest and knowledge about coffee.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- To enjoy working in a busy environment.
Experience in coffee brewing and tasting is a plus.
Barista certification or training would be great.
Experienced driver with a clean driving licence preferred.

Real Deal Roasters are passionate, experienced coffee roasters based in Deal, East Kent. We make high-quality, freshly-roasted coffee without the high costs or pretentiousness sometimes associated with specialty coffee. We hand roast our coffee over open flames in old restored roasters to bring out the best natural flavours of every bean.
