Best Coffee Blend! Our Own Morning Glory

For our unique Morning Glory blend we have carefully developed our own blend of freshly roasted coffee beans. This ensures a coffee that is great to wake you up and help you get through those tough early morning starts.
First we dark roast our delicious Guatemalan Coban coffee beans to give this blend a strong base. We then add medium-roasted Colombian Excelso coffee. These beans bring rich fruit and nut tones to this coffee blend. Finally we put in a small amount (around 15%) of our Cherry Indian robusta coffee. These tough beans add that extra caffeine hit that we all sometimes need.
The end result is a well balanced, medium bodied coffee with bright acidity and a wonderfully fruity aftertaste. (Of course in coffee descriptions “acidity” means that dry, bright, sometimes even sparkling sensation that a really high-quality coffee has. It does not mean anything that will hurt your tummy!). Coffee Blending

Coffee blending is the art of marrying together coffee beans from different origins to enhance the best qualities of each. We try to select coffee beans that will complement each other. Then we mix them in the right proportions to highlight the best of each bean. Creating blends is a hugely enjoyable part of the coffee business. It’s also something that you can try at home. Just take two or three of our single origin coffees and experiment with mixing them in different proportions until you find a blend you like. It’s a little tricky but you don’t have to be an expert to create your own signature blends. You just need a sense of adventure and of course a love of coffee. Soon you’ll have your very own fresh coffee blend.
This Morning Glory blend is always freshly roasted. We know that’s the best way to give you that great coffee taste.
Just one other thing, Morning Glory blend is a good all-rounder as it works just as well in a cafetiere as it does as an espresso. It is also a good base for other milky drinks. In fact it really is just the best fresh coffee blend.
