Firstly, we only use high-quality beans. So you get the best coffee. Secondly, we roast it ourselves, so we control how the beans taste. Thirdly, we only sell freshly-roasted beans. So you get the coffee when it’s fresh and at its best.

Long experience. We’ve been roasting coffee beans since 2013. We’ve got a cool 1940s Italian roasting machine. We have roasted tens of thousands of kilos of coffee on it. Happily, we have had (almost) no complaints in all that time.
No pretentious language. There is a lot of meaningless gibberish round real coffee (5th wave coffee anyone?). We try to explain the taste and origin and key details of every coffee in a way that we understand it ourselves. We are also very happy to answer any coffee questions you might have.
